Our General Manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice along with the Partners of the Practice.
Along with the other Management Team Members our Practice Manager's role is to ensure that the every day running of the Pracitce such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology is dealt with and delivered appropriately.
Our Deputy Practice Manager assists with all of the above, and is also responsible for dealing with any complaints and/or compliments that we may receive.
Our team supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.
Our Finance Manager works alongside the General Manager and Partners with the financial dealings with the Practice.
Our Reception/Office Manager deals with the day to day running for Reception staff and Weekes Drive Surgery and will deal with any queries/complaints that may be raised.
