Administration

We have a number of receptionists/patient service team/ administration staff employed by the practice. Every day they attempt to match the requirements of patients with the availability of appointments and other services. In order to do this they may need to ask for personal information.

Please rest assured that the rules of confidentiality apply equally to all practice staff. Help them to help you.

If you have query relating to reception please ask to speak to one of our Team Leaders.
