Do you need vaccinations?

Our Nurses can provide comprehensive travel health advice and arrange for appropriate immunisations. Please arrange an appointment for a travel consultation at least 6-8 weeks before departure if possible. Vaccines need time to take effect and some may require a course over several weeks.

Travel Assessment

The surgery is able to give vaccinations for Hepatitis A, Typhoid and Hepatitis B which are chargeable (you will be advised of the fees in your telephone appointment). You can get anti-malaria prophylaxis at your local pharmacy for a fee.

We are presently unable to offer travel vaccinations which are not included in the services provided by the NHS.

We will also administer any vaccinations you/your family may have missed which are part of the national immunisation schedules which are not chargeable.

If you are travelling abroad please complete and submit the travel form in plenty of time (we recommend 6-8 weeks) before your journey.

Other local private clinics that provide Travel advice and vaccinations are listed below. Please note we are not affiliated with any of the below services.
